What do I do if ISP credentials to access the SmartHub Portal and/or API Codes are stolen or lost?

In the event of loss, theft, misappropriation or unauthorized use of your Credentials and/or API Codes, we suggest the following steps:

- Update your password by entering the "Login" section, selecting "Open Banking Credentials" and clicking on "Have forgot password"

- Delete the mutual authentication certificates in the Post login, in the Toolbox - Certificates Management section, and regenerate them only after receiving instructions to resume operations

- Update the API codes by accessing the Developer Portal and, for each APP, asking to regenerate the new credentials in the Credentials section

- Immediately report the event to the Bank through your relationship manager, requesting the blocking of the Credentials and/or API Codes; the report is effective from the moment it is received by the Bank
